As a buyer, you need a very attentive agent. When the market is working against you, your agent needs to be working harder for you. A buyer agent needs to be active to get you through the homes you want to see, and savvy at the negotiation table and in multiple offers. I love working with buyers and it will always be one of my favourite aspects of the job!
Linz really listened to what we needed in a house. We never felt any pressure to consider properties that were not right for us. She helped us understand the potential in some properties that could be adapted to create the right home for us. We appreciated her patience and efforts. Since purchasing our house Linz has continued to help us by sharing her knowledge of the community, her connections to people who work in the housing area and her creative design suggestions.
