Linz’ Listings
Growing up in and around the Peterborough region, Linz did what most people from small towns do when they graduate high school – she left.
In the search for what life outside her hometown could offer, she landed in Toronto for college where she immersed herself in the design and advertising industry. Following several years in the big city, she began to not only see a shift in the dynamics and demographics of Peterborough but started to yearn for the city she called home.
Upon moving back to Peterborough, Linz was reminded of the incredible sense of community the region offers. It was this sense of community that inspired her to give back.
She is long-time supporter of the Art Gala of Peterborough and a a past member of the Artspace Board of Directors, and The Market Hall Performing Arts Centre. Linz loves the creativity and inspiration that the growing art and culture scene in Peterborough offers.
When she’s not working Linz enjoys spending her downtime with her daughter and pets and escaping to her cottage whenever possible.
“I love being a realtor in this city. I get to be an ambassador for Peterborough, showcasing all that my hometown can offer while finding the perfect location for my clients,” explains Linz.

Megan’s Listings
Born and raised in Peterborough, Meg headed west to Vancouver after high school to attend fashion school. After completing her education, she took on a role as a sales representative for a surf fashion brand in Toronto.
Following a few years of working in Toronto, Meg and her husband were looking to purchase a home back in their hometown. Not long after being in her new home she and her husband purchased in Peterborough, Meg noticed an opportunity in the local business market. She opened the doors to Burrow in 2013, a home décor store aimed at bringing inspiration into people’s homes through meaningful pieces that reflect their individual style.
Having offered her design eye and styling expertise to many of Linz’s real estate clients over the years, and also supporting Electric City Real Estate with home staging, Meg and Linz decided to formalize their business relationship in 2019. Meg received her real estate license and Linz and Lauren became business partners in Burrow.
“There is something so comforting and calming living in the town that you grew up in and I love sharing that feeling with others both in my real estate role and through Burrow,” explains Meg.
When Meg isn’t managing Burrow or selling homes, she can be found enjoying family life with her husband and three kids.
Lauren Ryan, Client Coordinator
Royal LePage Frank Real Estate Electric City, Brokerage
Lauren began her career in the Canadian TV industry. After completing her degree in Radio & Television Arts at Ryerson University, she worked as a News Writer at the Weather Network and in various roles in television and producing. In 2009 Lauren decided to pivot her career path and began working in a corporate role at a private equity firm. During her nine years in this role, Lauren used her creativity, time management and expertise in a fast-paced environment to manage internal recruiting, office administration and a large-scale office renovation.
After living and working for 16 years in Toronto, Lauren and her husband relocated to Peterborough and haven’t looked back. Initially moving to the area for her husband’s job, the two of them couldn’t be happier with the entrepreneurial spirit, access to the outdoors, and the welcoming presence the City of Peterborough offers.
“I first met Linz when we chose her as our agent for our move from Toronto to Peterborough and watching her in action allowed me to see how knowledgeable, kind and reliable she is. Not only have we become co-workers, but close friends along the way,” says Lauren.
When not working or doing her best to recruit friends and family to the community she’s come to love, Lauren is happiest spending time with her husband and two kids.
